The political life of Wales has been transformed since the National Assembly for Wales was established. Sadly though in it's first year it has lurched from one public relations disaster to another and is now seen as a parliament with little, if any, powers. Hopefully this will change by the time the Richard Rogers designed Assembly building is finished in 2003. |
